Sourav Ganguly to play a special match in Legends League Cricket

New Delhi, July 29, 2022: Indian cricket legend & former Captain Sourav Ganguly will be playing a special cricket match in Legends League Cricket. Through his social media handle’s Instagram, Sourav Ganguly confirmed to play a special match in the Season 2 of Legends League Cricket.

Recently LLC announced that the upcoming season would be hosted in India. Thus, Indian fans would be able to see Sourav Ganguly play once again, even though for a special match for social cause.

Raman Raheja, Co-Founder & CEO, Legends League Cricket said, “We thank legendary Sourav Ganguly for playing a match with other legends. Once a legend, always a legend, Dada is always there for Cricket. And he will play a special social cause match, which is going to be a spectacular view for our audience. Several cricketers have already agreed to play in LLC

While the BCCI President Ganguly will be playing a single match, several top former cricketers have agreed to participate in the entire season. Among those are, Ross Taylor, Lance Klusener, Morne Morkel, Mitchell McClenaghan, Chaminda Vaas, Jacques Kallis, Dale Steyn, Harbhajan Singh, Lendl Simmons, Denesh Ramdin and Mashrafe Mortaza.

“Legends League Cricket will be played in four cities; we will soon finalize the cities which are going to offer maximum cricket action in the coming days. It is becoming exciting the way we are receiving responses from legendary cricketers. We are also receiving lots of queries from people/ fans across countries about specific cricketers joining the league.
