9. Amit Mishra

The classical leggie Amit Mishra was the lead spinner in the side for the inaugural match of SRH. He is an attacking bowler who could spin the ball widely. Mishra is the highest hat-trick holder in the IPL with three hat-tricks to his name.

Mishra first played for Delhi Daredevils in 2008 and continued until 2010. He was then bought by Deccan Chargers in 2011 and represented the team till its termination and was directly transferred to the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

This 39-year-old spinner then played the first match for SRH in 2013 and grabbed three wickets for just 19 runs and bagged the man-of-the-match award. He also took his third hat-trick in a match against the same opposition and became the first to pick three hat-tricks. He was then bought by Delhi and has been representing the team since then.
