New Zealand has once again showed their class by beating Pakistan 2-0 in a three-match ODI series. After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Pakistan lost their out of form openers when the score was 20 but with the help of Hafeez and Babar Azam’s 134 runs partnership and Malik and Sarfraz’s contributions, Pakistan managed to get a total of 290.

When Amir started well for Pakistan by taking a wicket of Brendon McCullum, looked like Pakistan will win but another record partnership between Guptill and Williamson and few rain interruptions ensured New Zealand’s win and late cameos from Corey Anderson and Luke Ronchi helped New Zealand to win the match and series which is dominated by New Zealand..
