The Indian opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan has continued their great record in the ICC tournaments as they took on Pakistan in their opening game of the Champions Trophy 2017 continuing where they left in the 2013 edition also hosted by England.
The Rohit-Dhawan pair now has added 518 runs in the Champions Trophy, only the 2nd pair in the CT to have over 500 runs. West Indies’ Chris Gayle and Shivnarine Chanderpaul have 635 runs between them. Both the pairs are openers for their side.
