Sushant Singh Rajput, the ever-so talented Bollywood actor, has embraced the heavens after committing suicide. India has been damaged severely due to the coronavirus pandemic and the demises of some gems across various fields aren’t making the situation any better. It’s only been around a month since the enigmatic Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor left Mother Earth.

Those development shocked the country and condolences dropped in from every nook and corner of India. As far as Sushant is concerned, on June 10, his ex-manager Disha Salian breathed her last in Mumbai after allegedly falling down from the 14th floor of her friend’s home in Mumbai. It was reported that she slipped off the window after not being able to control herself.

In the meantime, Sushant, who made by Bollywood debut with Kai Po Che in 2013, was found hanging at his residence in Mumbai as per reports in News9. The 34-year-old bagged a lot of limelight after MS Dhoni-The Untold Story hit the silver-screens in 2016. In the movie, the Bihar-born acted alongside Disha Patani, Anupam Kher and Kiara Advani, impressing one and all.

Even in Kai Po Che, which also had the likes of Rajkumar Rao, he enacted the role of a cricket aspirant, who eventually dies. For the movie, he also got nominated for the Filmfare Best Male Debut. In his childhood, Sushant was a studious prodigy after which he decided to embrace the film line. He felt that his acting could help him communicate with his fans and well-wishers.

When his movie on Dhoni came out, he attended a few press conferences with the veteran cricketer, showing his joy of playing the character. In 2014, he got to rub shoulders with Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan in PK where he played the role of Anushka Sharma’s love interest.

But before making his debut in the Indian film industry, he came up the ranks through television soaps. His maiden show was Kis Desh Mein Hain Mera Dil back in 2008 followed by the popular Pavitra Rishta that was a household name, much to his elation, from 2009 to 2011.
