Major League Cricket 2023 Schedule

The inaugural season of Major League Cricket (MLC) is all set to begin on July 13. It is worth noting that the tournament’s summit clash is scheduled to be held on July 30.  A total of 19 matches will be played throughout the competition and with the season opener scheduled on July 13, the first match will see Texas Super Kings and Los Angeles Knight Riders take on each other.

The full schedule of the MLC 2023 was released on Monday, June 12 via the tournament’s official Twitter page. Being the USA’s first T20 franchise cricket league, it could be a big opportunity for youngsters and struggling players to showcase their talent and even help the growth of home-grown cricketers.

There is a plethora of star cricketers who will be featuring in the MLC 2023, Jason Roy, Marcus Stoinis, Quinton de Kock, Aaron Finch, and many more. With six franchises competing, it could be interesting to see which team comes out on top when the final is played on July 30. Los Angeles Knight Riders, MI New York San Francisco Unicorns, Seattle Orcas, Texas Super Kings, Washington Freedom are the six sides that will be taking part.

Furthermore, several reports also stated that most of the matches will be played at night times in the USA and this is being done to attract the Indian audiences, as that is one of the biggest markets around to cater. Also, majority of the matches will be played at the Grand Prairie Stadium.
