SPL 2023 Schedule

The third edition of the Saurashtra Premier League is all set to begin on August 23, as the defending champions Halar Heroes will be taking on Gohilwad Gladiators in the opening match of the competition. The finals of the league is scheduled to be played on August 31. Meanwhile, all the matches are slated to begin at 7 pm IST and the matches will be played at Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) Stadium in Rajkot.

When it comes to Halar Heroes, the team played some exceptional cricket in the last edition of the tournament, winning the finals by 40 runs. It was a convincing performance from both batters and bowlers as players like Chirag Sisodia and Parth Chauhan did well with the bat while Navneet Vora and Dharmendra Jadeja picked up three wickets each. Notably, Jadeja has now signed for Kutch Warriors and that is one such void that the team needs to fill in this season.

Meanwhile, in this edition of the competition, Sheldon Jackson will be seen leading Zalawad Royals while Dharmendra Jadeja will be captaining Kutch Warriors. Furthermore, Arpit Vasavada will be leading Halar Heroes, Chirag Jani will take command of Sorath Lions while Prerak Mankad will lead Gohilwad Gladiators.
