Team India is currently in the West Indies where they are engaged in a 5 match ODI series against the home team. While the Indians are enjoying a 2-1 lead in the series, Jason Holder and his men will look to make it even-stevens by winning the final bout today.

The main story:

The men in blue visited the Indian High Commission in Jamaica prior to the final ODI and had a refreshing time. It was a much-needed break for the team as the team flew to the Caribbean right after the loss against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy final without any rest.

The BCCI posted a picture of the whole Indian team posing in front of the Indian High Commission in Jamaica on their official Twitter account. The team looked an extremely smart bunch in their trademark blue T-shirt and light beige trousers. The picture was captioned with “#TeamIndia at the Indian High Commission in Jamaica #WIvInd”.

All-rounder Hardik Pandya wasted no time in sharing a snap from the occasion on his own Twitter handle. The 23-year-old posted a selfie with teammate Dinesh Karthik and fielding coach R. Sridhar with a beautiful portrait in the background. Pandya also mentioned that the dinner was a sumptuous one and he thoroughly enjoyed it. He paired the picture with the line “About last night 🙂 Good dinner good laugh And a good picture with the portrait ? @coach_rsridhar @dk00019”.

The 4th ODI:

Though the Indians are one ahead in the series, the momentum will be with the hosts because of their triumph in the last match. Batting first, the West Indians were poor with the willow in hand as they could only manage a total of 189. While everybody expected it to be a cakewalk for the Indians, Jason Holder and his army proved them wrong. In a dismal batting performance, the Indians got bundled out for 178, which is 11 runs short of the total.
