T20 is such a game that once you lose the momentum, it is difficult to regain it back. There are teams in T20 history that have lost more than 9 to 10 games on the trot. When Delhi Daredevils defeated Kolkata Knight Riders, they finally brought an end to their 7 match losing streak they gained towards the end of the 2013 season and the first match of 2014 season. So, in this article, we will present you the teams with the maximum losing streak in Indian Premier League:

4. Delhi Daredevils (2013 & 2014), Pune Warriors India (2011) and Deccan Chargers (2008) – SEVEN GAMES

Three teams are tied at this spot. Out of the three, one of the  teams is still featuring in the Indian Premier League while the other two are disbanded. Delhi Daredevils have lost all 6 games towards the end of the 2013 season and also lost the opening game of 2014 season to Royal Challengers Bangalore taking their losing streak to 7, before they won last night against the Kolkata Knight Riders to finally end it. Pune Warriors India also lost 7 games in a row in their first season before winning the return leg against Kings XI Punjab at Mohali to end the streak and similar is the case with Deccan Chargers, who had a forgettable first season blues in the Indian Premier League, to lose the same number of games.
