Alzarri Joseph has the pace but tends to be inconsistent. However, back in 2016, the young quick hit one of the biggest stars of the modern day, AB de Villiers right on the helmet in a Caribbean Premier League (CPL) game. He bowled a nasty and a quick bouncer which pinged de Villiers on the side of the helmet. It looked pretty nasty but the South African star was alright as he smashed the next ball for six.

West Indies’ tour to England in 2017 was a disastrous one as far as white-ball cricket is concerned. They managed to taste victory in just the lone T20I but lost the ODI series 4-0. There were a few positives in that series. Alzarri Joseph was one of them.

He became the youngest West Indian to take a five-wicket haul in ODI cricket. He was 20 years and 311 days when he picked up 5/56 in a losing cause.
