'That was very sweet' - Dinesh Karthik reacts to Jasprit Bumrah's 'cute' video with Sanjana Ganesan

Ahead of the World Test Championship (WTC) Final between India and New Zealand, Indian cricketer, Jasprit Bumrah opened up about some incidents from his life to his better half and anchor, Sanjana Ganesan. There was a wide range of photos that Sanjana showed Bumrah from his Instagram account, and the Indian pacer shared his thoughts on each of those photos.

The first photo shown was the one where Bumrah was seen holding the Border Gavaskar Trophy after India’s victory over Australia at The Gabba earlier this year, and Bumrah revealed how there was a lot of belief in the Indian camp ahead of the 4th Test even though a ‘third string’ side was playing against Australia in the land of the kangaroos.

Bumrah also opened up on a photo that showed him playing the guitar, a childhood picture with his sister as well as a picture where he took a hat trick during his Under-17 days. And finally, Sanjana Ganesan showed him his wedding picture of herself and Bumrah, and the Indian pacer joked that he has seen the person alongside him somewhere before.

Dinesh Karthik responds to Jasprit Bumrah’s video

And, veteran cricketer Dinesh Karthik responded to this video of Jasprit Bumrah. Terming the video as a cute one, Karthik jokingly stated that it was good to see Bumrah blushing. He concluded by stating that the video was very sweet.

“Hahhaha such a cute video, thoroughly enjoyed it. Good to see Jasprit Bumrah blushing eh, as a batter you don’t see that often. Sanjana Ganesan clearly hiding all her reactions through the mask. But hey, that was very sweet,” tweeted Dinesh Karthik.

On 18th June 2021, Jasprit Bumrah will wear the white flannels for India in the summit clash of the World Test Championship (WTC) against New Zealand at Southampton. Bumrah has played three Test matches in 2021 thus far and has scalped 7 wickets for his country at an average of 37.57. Needless to say, Bumrah will play a vital role with the red cherry for India in the WTC final.

On the other hand, New Zealand will enter the WTC Final after beating England 1-0 in a short two-match Test series.
