‘That's why I married him’ - Sanjana Ganesan, Jasprit Bumrah engage in adorable conversation on Instagram
Bumrah and Ganesan had tied the knot last month in a private affair.
India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah recently tied the knots with sports anchor Sanjana Ganesan. The couple had entered the wedlock last month in a private affair in Goa. The wedding ceremony was only attended by close friends and guests. At a time when celebrities hardly manage to get privacy, Bumrah and Sanjana had managed to keep their entire relationship a secret.
The world came to know about their relationship only after the two announced the news of their wedding. With the wedding now done and dusted and the world fully aware of the relationship, Bumrah and Ganesan are now not shying away from engaging in loved-up conversation on social media. Something similar was witnessed recently when Mrs. Bumrah took to Instagram to share a throwback picture. She shared the picture with the caption: “Memories worth a lifetime & then some.”
Here is the Instagram post from Jasprit Bumrah’s wife:
Bumrah noticed the post and decided to have some fun with his wife. The India pace spearhead commented: “The person clicking the picture is really good.” And it was followed by an adorable response from Sanjana as she revealed the name of the photographer by writing: “That’s why I married him.”
Bumrah to return to action soon
Jasprit Bumrah has not played a competitive game since being released by the Indian team for his wedding just ahead of the fourth Test against England. The right-arm pacer missed the T20I and ODI series too. Sanjana, on the other hand, returned to the studio during the ODI series. Bumrah will finally return to action when the IPL 2021 gets underway next week.
IPL 2021 is scheduled to get underway on April 9 with a mouthwatering clash between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore. MI will once again rely on Bumrah to get things done with the ball. The right-arm pacer has done a stellar job with the ball for the franchise so far and would be eyeing another successful season as Mumbai Indians look to become the first-ever team to win the IPL three times in a row.
