The situation around the world is a somber one as it’s under the sway of the deadly coronavirus pandemic over the last one week or so.
The cases have been rising, so are the death tolls. Countries like China, Italy and Iran have been deeply affected. The United Kingdom has also reported over 2,000 cases and the COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on India as well. In the wake of the disaster, there have been directives of staying at home in isolation, avoiding mass gatherings as a precautionary measure.
McClenaghan also circulated awareness regarding the virus, but in a witty manner. He compared houses to condoms and the COVID-19 to a Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD). The pacer put forth the importance of staying safe in the adverse situation.

McClenaghan backing out of the PSL
McClenaghan was recently a part of the Karachi Kings, captained by Imad Wasim, in the 2020 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, he could only play a solitary match against Multan Sultans at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. In that game, he couldn’t pick up a wicket.
After the coronavirus broke out, the pacer decided to leave the tournament midway. The PSL eventually was shelved on the day of the semi-finals. The Kings was one of the teams to make it to the top four. McClenaghan also had some cherishing moments in his personal life.
The speedster tied the knots with long-time girlfriend Georgia England. The couple entered the wedlock a few days after their engagement. The left-armer is now set to participate for the Mumbai Indians (MI). led by Rohit Sharma, in the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL). Even MI wished the duo on their wedding.
