Ever since her marriage with India’s ace leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal in December last year, Dhanashree Verma has been making headlines. Verma has often stolen all the limelight owing to her videos and photos with various overseas and Indian cricketers. Before being the wife of a celebrated spinner, Dhanashree is a renowned dancer and choreographer.
On May 22, Saturday, Dhanashree again became a talking point among the fans on social media as she posted a heartwarming picture featuring skipper Virat Kohli and Yuzvendra Chahal. Meanwhile, the caption also fetched a lot of attention as the ace dancer briefly shared her experiences of spending time with the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper. Verma got an opportunity to spend time with Kohli during the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League as she travelled with her husband to the RCB bio bubble.

RCB experienced a dream ride in IPL 2021
It wasn’t happy news for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fans when the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to suspend the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. RCB is one of the three franchises that are yet to win the IPL title. However, this time the franchise produced some stellar performances and were deemed as the favorites to win the cup.
The Bangalore outfit started their campaign in the Indian League with a victory over defending champions Mumbai Indians in the inaugural match of the T20 extravaganza. The same was followed by the team scripting history by winning their first four matches on a trot. However, RCB’s winning stroke broke in their fifth match as they were defeated by the three-time champion Chennai Super Kings.
Despite the loss, the team bounced back stronger and were enjoying a decent run in the Championship. At the halfway stage, the Virat Kohli and Men were positioned at the third position on the points table with five victories under their belt from seven fixtures.
