The only Super Over of 2010 season came when Kings XI Punjab faced Chennai Super Kings. KXIP, who batted first, scored 136 and in reply CSK trembled before KXIP’s bowling in the end overs and ended up with exactly 136 runs.

Chennai batting first in Super Over, lost wicket on second ball as Theron cleaned up Hayden. CSK’s stand in captain Raina scored 2 on third ball and smashed a six on fourth before getting bowled on fifth delivery as the home team got all out in Super Over for 9.

After a break of three seasons, an IPL game ended in tie. Sunrisers Hyderabad faced Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first of the two Super over matches that happened in the 6th season. RCB, who batted first, could score just 130. In reply, SRH also managed to end on 130 leading to the Super Over.

In the SO, SRH opened with Perera and White who were facing Vinay Kumar. Vinay began with a high full toss but it yielded just a single. The following 2 balls were managed for singles by the SRH batsmen before White struck a Six on third legitimate delivery. Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders faced off yet again in a tied fixture, this time in the 2014 season after both teams ended with score&#8217;s of 152 in their quota of 20 over&#8217;s.

Faulkner bowled the over for RR with Surya Kumar Yadav and Shakib al Hasan on strike for KKR. Yadav got run on the first ball trying for a second run. The next two balls cost singles before Manish Pandey struck a six on the fourth ball. The final two deliveries also went for singles with Shakib getting run-out on last ball as they ended with 11 runs.

Smith and Watson came out for RR with Narine bowling the super over. Watson started with picking up a couple and single on following deliveries. Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals faced off in a high scoring thriller which ended with the team scores been tied. Rajasthan, who batted first, scored 191 in 20 overs. KXIP too ended after a struggle at 191 leading the game into super over.

KXIP, who batted first, sent Miller and Marsh with Chris Morris bowling the over. Miller got out on the first delivery and Maxwell, who came at 1 down, almost got out with an areal shot on the second delivery. Marsh then smashed hat-trick fours which included one off a beamer. But the last two balls went for just a run as Marsh got run-out on the last delivery and KXIP posted 15 runs.

Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders faced off yet again in a tied fixture, this time in the 2014 season after both teams ended with score&#8217;s of 152 in their quota of 20 over&#8217;s.
Faulkner bowled the over for RR with Surya Kumar Yadav and Shakib al Hasan on strike for KKR. Yadav got run on the first ball trying for a second run. The next two balls cost singles before Manish Pandey struck a six on the fourth ball. The final two deliveries also went for singles with Shakib getting run-out on last ball as they ended with 11 runs.
Smith and Watson came out for RR with Narine bowling the super over. Watson started with picking up a couple and single on following deliveries. Watson managed to hit a four on the fourth ball before he picked up another single. Smith with a drive through covers managed to add couple more on the last ball as the Super over also ended in tie. However, Rajasthan Royals were declared winners on the basis of the boundary count (the team with more number of boundaries is declared a winner in case a super over also ends with equal scores for both sides.)

Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals faced off in a high scoring thriller which ended with the team scores been tied. Rajasthan, who batted first, scored 191 in 20 overs. KXIP too ended after a struggle at 191 leading the game into super over.
KXIP, who batted first, sent Miller and Marsh with Chris Morris bowling the over. Miller got out on the first delivery and Maxwell, who came at 1 down, almost got out with an areal shot on the second delivery. Marsh then smashed hat-trick fours which included one off a beamer. But the last two balls went for just a run as Marsh got run-out on the last delivery and KXIP posted 15 runs.
RR started with Watson and Faulkner with Mitchell Johnson bowling the over. It began with Watson getting cleaned up by Johnson but Smith who came after the wicket struck a four on his first ball which was a no-ball for height. He took a single on 2nd legal delivery but Faulkner missed the next ball on swing and Saha behind the stumps cleverly managed to hit the wickets and KXIP won the super over by 9 runs.
