TNPL 2016: Ticket sales, live telecast and tournament schedule

The India Cements TN Premier League will kick off on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 with the Albert Tuti Patriots taking on the Chepauk Super Gillies at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. An entertainment show will take place before the inaugural game with some of the biggest names from the Tamil film industry gracing the stage. The sale of tickets, online and at the counter, has also commenced.

PRE-MATCH ENTERTAINMENT AHEAD OF INAUGURAL GAME

The India Cements Tamil Nadu Premier League (TN Premier League) will kick start with a star- studded pre-match entertainment show at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on August 24, 2016. This will take place ahead of the inaugural match between Albert Tuti Patriots and Chepauk Super Gillies.

Headlining the event will be national award winner Dhanush, Irudhi Suttru (Saala Khadoos) actor R Madhavan, actress and singer Andrea Jeremiah, actress Dhansika of Kabali fame, British model and actress Amy Jackson and singer Karthik.

Music director Anirudh Ravichander, who wowed the massed with Kolaveri Di a few years ago, has composed the official anthem of the league, ‘Damkutla, Damkutla’, will also be at the show. The event will start at 18:00 hrs. The match will then start at 18:50 hrs.

The online sale of tickets for the India Cements TN Premier League matches has commenced on BookMyShow. To book tickets, click here.

The tickets of only the first two games at the MA Chidambaram Stadium will be available from Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the counter. They are for the following matches:

Tickets would be sold at the counters at:

MA Chidambaram Stadium, Victoria Hostel Road, Chepauk, Chennai – 600 005.

The tickets are available at Rs 100 and Rs 50. The counters will be open from 09:30 to 13:00 hrs and 15:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Tickets sales will also commence tomorrow at Dindigul for the first four matches to be held in the city. The tickets are available for the following matches:

The tickets at the counter will be available from Sunday, August 21, 2016 at: NPR College, Dindigul Office, Opposite Raja Rajeshwari Hospital, Bus Stand, Dindigul.

The tickets are available for Rs 50 and the counter will be open from 09:30 to 17:00 hrs. Only limited tickets are available at the counter in Dindigul.
