Of all the talents at the Natwest T20 Blast, few shone brighter than Northeast in 2015. Representing Kent, He amassed 641 runs at an outstanding strike rate of 152.98. He did so at an exceptional average of 49.3. He finished 3rd in the Natwest T20 Blast run-scoring charts, thanks to his scintillating innings of 114 (51) against Somerset. The 25-year-old portrayed some special form throughout the season despite Kent&#8217;s early ouster from the tournament.

The Australian batsman went onto plunder 654 runs in the 2015 Natwest T20 Blast that too at an astounding average of 81.75. Representing Gloucestershire, Klinger displayed tremendous form throughout the tournament as he smashed three hundreds and four fifties which included the best of 126 (68)* against Essex. In spite of his exploits, his team still missed out on a quarter-final spot by a whisker.

Robin Uthappa was a massive architect in Kolkata Knight Riders triumph during IPL 2014. With an aggregate of 660 runs at an average of 44, he hardly took a wrong step opening the batting for the Knights. Throughout the tournament, he batted with a lot of freedom and confidence at the top of the innings. Uthappa struck five half centuries during the season. KKR relied on him for big starts and for laying the perfect platform for a big score. Eventually, the team went on to win the tournament as Uthappa won the Orange cap.

Playing for his home county Hampshire, Jimmy Adams registered 668 runs in the tournament and also ended up as the leading run scorer. <p>Of all the talents at the Natwest T20 Blast, few shone brighter than Northeast in 2015. Representing Kent, He amassed 641 runs at an outstanding strike rate of 152.98. He did so at an exceptional average of 49.3. He finished 3rd in the Natwest T20 Blast run-scoring charts, thanks to his scintillating innings of 114 (51) against Somerset. The 25-year-old portrayed some special form throughout the season despite Kent&#8217;s early ouster from the tournament.</p>

<h4><strong>9. Michael Klinger (Natwest T20 blast) &#8211; 654 runs:</strong></h4>

<p>The Australian batsman went onto plunder 654 runs in the 2015 Natwest T20 Blast that too at an astounding average of 81.75. Representing Gloucestershire, Klinger displayed tremendous form throughout the tournament as he smashed three hundreds and four fifties which included the best of 126 (68)* against Essex. In spite of his exploits, his team still missed out on a quarter-final spot by a whisker.</p>
<h4><strong>8. Robin Uthappa (IPL) &#8211; 660 runs:</strong></h4>

<p>Robin Uthappa was a massive architect in Kolkata Knight Riders triumph during IPL 2014. With an aggregate of 660 runs at an average of 44, he hardly took a wrong step opening the batting for the Knights. Throughout the tournament, he batted with a lot of freedom and confidence at the top of the innings. Uthappa struck five half centuries during the season. KKR relied on him for big starts and for laying the perfect platform for a big score. Eventually, the team went on to win the tournament as Uthappa won the Orange cap.</p>

<h4><strong>7. Jimmy Adams (Friends Provident T20) &#8211; 668 runs:</strong></h4>

<p>The talented opening batsman had a wonderful stint at the 2010 Friends Provident T20. Playing for his home county Hampshire, Jimmy Adams registered 668 runs in the tournament and also ended up as the leading run scorer. He also scored 2 sensational centuries against Surrey and Glamorgan. Hampshire went onto win the title in 2010 riding on some sumptuous performances including that of Adams.</p>
<h4><strong>6. Jason Roy (Natwest T20 Blast) &#8211; 677 runs:</strong></h4>

<p>From an erratic young cricketer to bursting into the international scene, Jason Roy has come a long way. His talent was particularly showcased in the NatWest T20 Blast 2014, where he struck 677 runs at an excellent average of 48.35 which was also the highest tally that season. A strike rate of 157 boasted a lot about his power hitting skill. He scored 9 half centuries throughout the tournament. Though he did his part the team failed to cross the semi-finals hurdle.</p>

<p>When it comes to striking the ball out of the ground, no one does it better than Christopher Henry Gayle. Representing RCB, Gayle had another magnificent season in IPL 2013 as he slammed 708 runs at a prolific average of 59. In one of the innings, he smashed 175 runs off just 66 balls against PWI which is still regarded as the greatest T20 innings of all time. RCB couldn&#8217;t manage to grab a spot in the playoffs.</p>

<h4><strong>4. James Vince (NatWest T20 Blast)- 710 runs:*</strong></h4>

<p>It was the 2015 NatWest T20 Blast campaign which saw Vince shine above the rest, amassing 710 runs. He did so at a magnificent average of 59. Representing Hampshire, he also scored 87 fours throughout the tournament which is a record for the most number of fours in a T20 tournament till date and eclipsed Sachin Tendulkar&#8217;s record of 86 fours in IPL 2010. Hampshire failed to defeat Lancashire in the semis who later went on to be crowned as champions of the season.</p>
<h4><strong>3. Michael Hussey (IPL) &#8211; 733 runs:</strong></h4>

<p>For those who thought T20s was an arena only for the fresh legs, Michael Hussey redefined the concept and proved that age was just a number. Representing the Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2013, Hussey piled up 733 runs at an amazing average of 52.35. With 6 sensational half centuries, Mr Cricket gave a stellar push to CSK&#8217;s campaign. The Chennai based franchise ended the tournament as the runners conceding the finals to Mumbai Indians.</p>

<p>The only person to have compiled 700 runs twice in a T20 tournament, Chris Gayle has been a legendary figure in this format of the game. In the 2012 IPL season, Gayle was in the form of his life as he put up a fantastic display of pinch hitting throughout the tournament with a record 733 runs then. With a magnanimous strike rate of 160.74, he set the stage on fire with a record 59 sixes in a single season. </p>
