Sir Leonard Hutton is regarded as one of the greatest Test batsmen by Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack. In 2009, Hutton was inducted into ICC Cricket Hall of Fame. His technique was rock-solid and he could score big runs on even greenest of cricket pitches. In his 6th Test match, he scored 364 runs which was a record for the highest individual score for 20 years. Overall, he represented England in 79 Tests and accumulated 6,971 runs at an average of 56.67 with 19 centuries.
