<p>If there is a prize for being consistent in the style of playing cricket Sehwag would probably win it all. The format of the game is hardly a matter of discussion as he continues to play his natural form of cricket in both Test and ODIs. Cuts, Pulls and uppercuts are few of his go to shorts, he mostly rely on his hand-eye co-ordination. Sehwag is the only Indian player to have scored two triple centuries in Test Cricket.</p>

<p>Known for his unorthodox stance this Caribbean batsman changed everyone&#8217;s approach towards the textbook style. Chanderpaul uses soft hands, canny deflections, and a whiplash pull-shot to maintain a Test average of around 50. He is only the second West Indian to score 10,000 Test runs after Brian Lara. With 11,867 runs in Test Chanderpaul is the second highest run getter for West Indies and seventh highest run scorer overall.</p>
<h4><strong>7. Mahela Jayawardene- 1,387 Fours:</strong></h4>

<p>Skill and stats speak for this veteran, the former Sri Lankan skipper is considered as a class act and text book cricketer. Being technically gifted Mahela manages to find gaps in the field easily, he relies on his ability to time the ball with precision and his hand-eye coordination. With 11,814 runs in Test matches Mahela is the second highest run scorer for Sri Lanka and eight highest scorer overall.</p>
<h4><strong>6. Jacques Kallis- 1,488 Fours:</strong></h4>

<p>Regarded as one of the greatest all-rounders in cricket, in 2013 Kallis became the only player in the history of cricket to have scored more than 11,000 runs and take 250 wickets in both Test cricket and ODI. With 13,289 runs Kallis is the highest run getter in Test for South Africa and the third highest run scorer overall.</p>

<p>The two time World cup winning Aussie Skipper is the Highest Scorer In Test cricket for Australia. Pointing is the third Australian batsman to score 10,000+ Test runs. Blessed with the ability to score all around the ground, Pointing was a prolific batsman and the most successful Test captain from Australia. On 29 November 2012 the former Test skipper announced his retirement from Test cricket after the WACA test against South Africa. With 13,378 run Pointing is the highest run getter in Test for Australia and second highest run-scorer overall.</p>

<p>The former West Indian batsman Brian Lara widely acknowledged as the greatest cricketer of all time. Lara holds the record for highest individual score in a Test Innings (400* runs). He also holds several cricketing record one among them is the Highest runs scored in an over in a Test Innings, he scored 28 runs in the over bowled by Robin Peterson of South Africa in 2003. With 11,953 runs Lara is the highest run scorer in Test for West Indies and the sixth highest run scorer overall.</p>
