The list is topped by a someone you wouldn’t have expected to get the top honours. Yes it is the Kiwi all-rounder James Franklin who ranks the best. In 2011 against Canada at Mumbai, he enthralled the crowd with a marvelous innings. James scored 31 not out runs off only 8 balls with the help of 2 fours and 3 sixes. He had played at an astounding strike-rate of 387.50. The detractors might complain that the inning came against a relatively weak opponent but yet runs in international cricket are always hard to get by irrespective of the opponent.
