5- Murali Vijay: 127
Murali Vijay has been one of the big scoring Indians in IPL and he has proved it in his first season playing for Chennai Super Kings in 2010. Along with Hayden, he began the innings well and later continued when he received an excellent support from Morkel. Vijay stood at 40 in 27 balls at half way stage but his monster batting began only after that. He kept scoring about 10-15 runs in every over since then. He went past his fifty in 30 balls but took just 16 balls for completing his second fifty. He kept hitting well till his innings end when he holed out at deep midwicket in last over of the innings. His innings of 127 came off 55 balls which included 8 fours and 11 mighty blows.
