Let’s have a look at the Top 10 highest individual scores on debut by Indians in ODIs: 10. Ravindra Jadeja- 60 Runs: Ravindra Jadeja. With three triple centuries in the domestic circuit Jadeja showed up his skill with the bat, an innings of 60 runs in his debut match against Sri Lanka in 2009 at Colombo on the International level the left-arm all-rounder ranks ninth in the all time best debut scorers for India in ODIs. 9. He scored 82 runs with a strike rate of 105+ in his debut match, Patel ranks second in the list of best debut scorers for India in ODIs. 2. Robin Uthappa- 86 Runs: Robin Uthappa. Robin’s ability to play all-around the wicket and willingness to play the ball in the air made him a lethal asset to have, however his temperament has been a big problem in his career. His inception to the limited overs format was pretty smooth. Rahul came out to open the bat with an easy 169 runs target at sight in the series opener. He batted calmly and avoided any unnecessary risks to help India chase down the target with 9 wickets in hands, hitting 100 runs off just 115 balls. His approach towards the task was commendable.
