The Superman of cricket, Abraham Benjamin de Villiers once again showed his class by absolutely pummeling the MI bowling attack in IPL 2015. At one stage he was batting on 17 off 17 balls but then he accelerated and the scoops started to come, the reverse sweeps came from nowhere, he hit 19 boundaries in all and just 4 sixes against it. AB and Kohli put on 215 runs for the 2nd wicket, the highest ever in a T20 game.

This was the first match of the first ever IPL in 2008! And Brendon McCullum for KKR lit the IPL on fire with a fiery 158 that stunned the RCB. Bazz hit 10 fours and 13 sixes with a strike rate of 214. Bowlers of the class of Zaheer and Kallis weren’t spared as he demolished the RCB bowling and helped KKR post a score over 200.

The Superman of cricket, Abraham Benjamin de Villiers once again showed his class by absolutely pummeling the MI bowling attack in IPL 2015. At one stage he was batting on 17 off 17 balls but then he accelerated and the scoops started to come, the reverse sweeps came from nowhere, he hit 19 boundaries in all and just 4 sixes against it. AB and Kohli put on 215 runs for the 2nd wicket, the highest ever in a T20 game.
6. Cameron White &#8211; 141 off 70 balls (Somerset Vs Worcestershire):

This brilliant century by Cameron White unfortunately ended in a losing cause. Somerset was struggling at 21-3 but White rescued them with his fearless batting which included 14 fours and 6 sixes. He is regarded as one of the roughest hitters of the cricket ball and we all loved the sight when he hit those meaty blows.
7. Yuvraj Singh &#8211; 50 off 12 balls (India Vs England):

This was one of the most dominant batting displays that one would see. Yuvi hit 6 sixes in a single over off a clueless Stuart Broad as India comfortably posted a total over 200. Broad and Flintoff would probably never forget that innings. The reason why Flintoff’s name is here is because he was the one who fired up Yuvi after a verbal argument with him. Not often do you see 6 sixes in an over, so this innings features in our top 10 list.
8. Murali Vijay &#8211; 127 off 56 balls (CSK Vs RR):

The stylish and elegant right handed batsman from Tamil Nadu surprised one and all with his breath taking 127 against Rajasthan Royals. Murli Vijay hit 8 fours and 11 sixes in that innings with a strike rate of 226.4 all Rajasthan bowlers conceded over 40 runs in their 4 over’s in that match.
9. Paul Valthaty &#8211; 120 off 63 balls (KXIP Vs CSK):

Paul Valthaty was an unknown player at the start of that match, but after his superb innings he became popular overnight. Valthaty single handedly won the game for his side. Not many sixes were hit; just a 2 of them, but 19 wonderful fours were struck all over the ground in that knock.
10. Yusuf Pathan &#8211; 100 off 37 balls (RR Vs MI):

This is the best T20 innings ever according to Shane Warne. This innings by Yusuf Pathan was the fastest hundred in the IPL at that point of time. With a strike rate of 270, he hit 9 fours and 8 sixes but unfortunately for him, his innings ended in a losing cause.
