Top 10 Most successful captains in T20Is: Any team is as good as its leader, no matter what the format is, be it Tests, ODIs or T20Is. A leader is one who calls the shot and leads the team from the front setting an example for the rest to follow. In Test and ODIs the captains have time to assess the situation and take actions accordingly but in a quicker format like T20 the decisions are to be taken on the go and so the importance of having a good leader is much more in the T20 format.
