Success doesn’t come easy in the game of cricket and to master it is another herculean task. While most of the batters often spring up with good performances for their side, very few have the class to master the art of consistency. Considering a century to be the benchmark for a successful inning can be a little harsh on the players who come down the order. Thus, a fifty is often given importance as well. But how often does a player score a fifty in his career, depends solely on form and class. Here are the players with most 50 plus scores in international cricket.

10. Sourav Ganguly (India) – 145:

The former Indian skipper has 145 scores of 50 and above in international cricket. Ganguly represented India in 424 matches overall and has amassed 18,575 runs in his career. He played 113 Tests and has 16 centuries to his name to go along with 35 half centuries. If compared he performed better in the limited-overs format as he has 22 centuries in ODIs along with 72 half centuries. Dada, as he is popularly known has the highest score of 239 that came against Pakistan in a Test match at Bangalore in 2007-08.
