In international cricket, Mohammad Yousuf earned respect from cricket fans for his mind-boggling batting performances for Pakistan. In his vast stint with his national team for 12 years, Yousuf showcased his batting skills a lot of times with his match-winning displays. 

After his retirement as well, Yousuf is the third-most successful run-getter for Pakistan following Inzamam-ul-Haq and Younis Khan. In 374 international appearances, he smashed 17,134 with 39 centuries and 95 fifties for his national team. From January 2006 to November 2009, Yousuf played 91 innings without bagging any ducks in 103 international games.

In all these appearances, the batting maestro also delivered a scintillating display with his bat making 4,685 runs. After having a successful career as a player for Pakistan, now, he is associated with the national team as a batting coach since July 2022.
