8. Shreyas Iyer (India)
Fielding has become one of the most critical facets of the game and players like Shreyas Iyer truly exemplify how impactful a strong throwing arm can be to change the complexion of a match. Whether fielding close or inside the 30-yard circle or on the boundary, squeezing every bit of run can result in changing the result of a match, especially in a see-saw battle.
