The Kings XI Punjab batsman has been a revelation in the last 2 to 3 years. He has come a long way since playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore as a middle-order batsman. KL Rahul is now one of the best T20 openers and is giving Shikhar Dhawan a tough time for his place in the Indian team. He was also appointed as the captain of his franchise for the 2020 season.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the ex Indian captain needs no introduction. With a terrific IPL record, he has proved how a lower-order batsman too can have a great average. At number one we have none other than the Australian opener David Warner. With a phenomenal IPL record, it is no surprise that he tops the list.
