2. Rashid Khan (1.90 wickets per match)
Rashid Khan has been one of the best talents that Afghanistan Cricket has produced till date. Since his first appearance in the international arena, back in October 2015, he has been delivering constantly without fail and has played a big part in the new heights his team has risen to in recent years. He makes an entry at the number two spot in the list, taking an average of 1.90 wickets in ODI matches.
The right arm leg break bowler has played in 70 ODI matches for his team and has bagged 133 wickets. He has maintained an excellent economy rate too, with it currently standing at an impressive 4.16. His best figures so far are 7 wickets for just 18 runs, adding to his four 5-wicket hauls.
