1. 362- India v Australia Jaipur 2013
This run feast of a match was played in the Sawai Mansingh stadium in Jaipur between India and Australia. Australia batted first on a flat deck and scored 359/5 thanks to George Bailey’s 92* and contributions from Phil Hughes (83), Shane Watson (59)and Glen Maxwell (53 off 32 balls).
Indian reply was a hurricane of runs from Rohit Sharma (141*) and Shikhar Dhawan (95) who added 176 runs in 26 overs. After Dhawan departed caught Haddin bowled Faulkner, it was the Virat Kohli show all along. Kohli hit 7 sixes and 8 fours in his 100* of just 52 balls. It is the fastest hundred by an Indian in ODI cricket and India scored 362 for the loss of just 1 wicket in 43.3 overs at a run rate of 8.32 RPO.
It is also the highest total chased with 1 or no wicket lost by the chasing team.
