3. Dawlat Zadran (Afghanistan):
Apart from an impressive outing in the World Cup, Zadran has had a pretty good run in T20Is in 2015 as well. He picked up 13 wickets from 8 matches with an average of 17.38 and economy of 7.29. Though most of his wickets came against associate nations, his 5 wickets in the 2-match series against Zimbabwe ensured a historic clean sweep for the Afghans. His best spell of bowling came against the Dutch in the World Cup Qualifiers when he recorded figures of 3 for 17.
