Mohit was an unknown commodity when he joined the Chennai Super Kings for the 6th edition of the IPL. But since he debuted for the CSK and was backed by the skipper and management to not only open the bowling but also bowl in the deaths, for which he developed quite a few variations in his arsenal. The Haryana pacer has made rapid strides in his game by putting up consistent match winning efforts for his team. He picked up 20 wickets during his maiden season and 23 in only his second season.
