5.Ewen Chatfield (New Zealand)
Mt: 114 Runs: 118 Wkts: 140 BB: 5/34

The former Kiwi fast bowler Ewen Chatfield is probably more famous for getting hit on the temple of his head by a Peter Lever delivery and almost dying, after his heart stopped. He was saved by the English physio Bernard Thomas. A good fast bowler to compliment the great Sir Richard Hadlee, he took 140 wickets in a career spanning 1975-1989. He also made 118 runs in his 114 matches.
