'Tu yeh sab nah kar' - Shikhar Dhawan hilariously trolls 'hard-working' Kuldeep Yadav
Kuldeep's intense workout video grabs Dhawan's attention.
Kuldeep Yadav, the Indian cricketer started as a fast bowler when he first joined a cricket academy in Kanpur but was asked by his coach Kapil Pandey to switch to something much rarer – left-arm wrist spin. There haven’t been too many bowlers of his ilk in India, and Kuldeep, therefore, attracted immediate attention after successful stints at the Under-19 level.
Although not the world’s fittest athlete, the Indian spinner is an evolved bowler who has learned the tricks of the trade and has exhibited his application extremely well, especially in the ODI leg of the tour of South Africa in early 2018, where he used his stock ball to good effect to run through one of the best limited-overs batting line-ups in the world.
Shikhar Dhawan and Kuldeep Yadav indulge in some Insta banter
Kuldeep Yadav recently uploaded a workout video on his Instagram profile. With the IPL officially announced, players are looking to get fit as soon as possible. After so many months of staying at home, the body would definitely need a lot of practice before being at 100%.
The Kolkata Knight Riders bowler uploaded a video showing him doing ropes. The intense workout along with great music in the background left fans going crazy. While many appreciated his dedication and hard work, his India teammate Shikhar Dhawan had a very different view to it.
“Bhai maan jaayengey gharwale teri pasand ke liye tu yeh sab nah kar,” Dhawan commented on the spinner’s post. He meant to say that Kuldeep’s family will agree to whatever girl he likes and he does not need to do all this to prove anything. The Delhi batsman’s comment gave everyone a good laugh and attracted a lot of attention from fans.
The Indian team these days is known for its banter. With a very relaxed atmosphere in the dugout, players feel free to have some fun. Be it Rohit Sharma – Yuzvendra Chahal or Dhawan – Kuldeep, the off-field relation is very evident. The fans love this as they can get to see how their favorite cricketers are outside the ground.
