Yuzvendra Chahal, the prolific Indian spinner has hogged the spotlight amid COVID-19 outbreak on the back of his Tik Tok videos and comments on the social media posts. He is getting trolled by the fans and his own teammates in the public domain for his recent activities. On Sunday, Virat Kohli took a sly dig at Chahal while he was involved in a live Instagram session with Indian footballer Sunil Chhetri.
The 29-year-old has become pro-active on social media platforms since Coronavirus came into the picture. He is turning himself into a Tik Tok star. Moreover, now he has begun poking nose in the live sessions of his teammates as well. Earlier, Kohli also said that the biggest joker for him to emerge during the lockdown is Yuzvendra Chahal.
Virat Kohli and Chhetri burst into laughter during live Instagram session
The leg-spinner gatecrashed Kohli’s live session with Sunil Chhetri. And he was hilariously trolled by his skipper for the same. During the interaction, Chahal came out of nowhere and said something in the comment section. Afterwards, Kohli said that he will never understand and warned him. In a funny tone, he added that the Haryana born spinner wants to poke in comments in everyone’s conversation.
He also recited that Chahal has lost his mind in the lockdown. “Yeh Nahi Maanega. Abbe bhai maan ja bhai, tujhe har jagah ghusna hai. Koi baat kar raha hai aur beech me iska comment milta hai. Iske taare vaare hil gaye. Iska kaam ho gaya hai,” said Kohli as Chettri burst into laughter.
It is well known that cricketers and footballers are spending their time with families in lockdown. This has given them the opportunity to interact with the fans as well. If the situation was normal then Virat Kohli and Chahal would have been playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) that was scheduled to begin from March 29.
However, BCCI suspended the tournament until further notice. But, now there are reports that the T20 tournament might be organised in October if the T20 World Cup gets postponed.
