India and Bangladesh recently played the final of the 2018 Asia Cup in at Dubai International Cricket Ground. The encounter went right down to the last over of the match when off-spinner Mahmudullah failed to defend six runs as Kuldeep Yadav and Kedar Jadhav held their nerves. India won by three wickets, but the encounter was a witness to a controversy.
Liton Das, the Bangladeshi opening batsman, scored 121 runs off 117 balls to take his team off to a blistering start. He stitched together an opening partnership of 120 runs with Mehidy Hasan Miraz. In the last ball of the 41st over, he was dismissed by chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav, stumped by MS Dhoni. The spinner churned out a wrong urn, which spun past Liton.
Twitter is angry with Bangladesh
Dhoni didn’t make any mistake in taking off the bails. However, the third umpire had to have to close look at the referral in order to identify whether Das’ right-foot was beyond or on the popping crease. TV Umpire Rod Tucker eventually ruled the decision in the batsman’s favour. Thereafter, the Bangladeshi supporters lashed out, mentioning that India got the benefit of the doubt.
After the match, Mashrafe Mortaza, their skipper, refrained from opining on the matter. Yesterday, it was learned that Virat Kohli’s official website was hacked. A group that calls itself the Cyber Security and Intelligence (CSI) found their way into the 29-year-old’s website in order to protest against the dismissal. They also called for the International Cricket Council (ICC) to apologise.
Moreover, the organisation asked the world’s apex cricket board to make the game fair. Moreover, they mentioned that they don’t have anything against their fellow Indian brothers and sisters. In the meantime, Twitter isn’t happy with their actions and subsequently, lashed out at them.
Here is how Twitter reacted

#GrowupBanglaFans@ViratKohliFC @imVkohli
Its time Bangla fans showed some much expected maturity from them. If they believe every umpire decision against them is unfair and that one decision changes the course of the match, then they should be hacking ICC's website and not VKs.— manjitsingh (@busy_mann) October 3, 2018
Uncultured, halfwit bangladeshi jokers have now hacked Virat Kohli's website to vent out their frustration over Asia cup defeat. To think of Mr. Dalmia was the pillar behind granting them cricketing status, now i feel it was biggest blunder ever by an indian cricket adminstrator
