Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) registered their third consecutive victory of the Indian Premier League 2024 (IPL 2024) with a 33-run win over Gujarat Titans (GT) on Sunday, April 7 at BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow. After opting to bat first, LSG posted a good score of 163/5 in their allotted 20 overs courtesy of a half-century from Marcus Stoinis and vital contributions from Nicholas Pooran (32 off 22) and KL Rahul (33 off 31).

In reply, GT got off to a good start in the powerplay as their openers added 54 runs for the first wicket off 36 balls. However, they lost their way in the middle overs and were eventually bundled out for 130 with Yash Thakur starring with the ball by picking a fifer while Krunal Pandya scalped 3/11 in his four overs.
