Bangladesh start their first innings cautiously
Aiming to minimize their trail, the Bengal Tigers came out to bat. Openers Shadman Islam and Zakir Hasan had tough tasks ahead, as they had to make sure they faced the star-studded bowling line-up of Pakistan with caution. As they survived the first spell, the message was clear from the management that they wanted their openers to stay unbeaten after the end of the day's play. While Islam is unbeaten on 12 and Hasan is batting on 11. After the end of the second day's play, the visitor's score stood at 27/0, and they trail by 421 runs.
