Australia Women took on New Zealand Women in the third T20I of the series at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane on September 24. New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first. Suzie Bates (19 off 17) and Giorgia Plimmer (53 off 48) put up a decent 45 runs at the end of the powerplay. Plimmer then paired up with Amelia Kerr (40 off 36) to stitch a 73-run stand for the second wicket.

Sophie Devine and Brook Halliday departed scoring five and two respectively. Maddie Green remained unbeaten in 12 off five balls and the visitors could muster a mere 146/6. For Australia Annabelle Sutherland and Georgia Wareham chipped in with two wickets each.
