Twitter Reactions: Jonny Bairstow and bowlers help SRH sail to their third consecutive victory
They stuttered a bit but the score was never going to trouble the SRH.

The Delhi Capitals’ batsmen once again disappointed against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as the visitors cantered home in a one-sided encounter. The bowling was at its best for the Sunrisers again on a sluggish track and surprisingly, despite playing at home, the Capitals didn’t adapt to the conditions. They posted an under-par total on the board and the visitors chased it down comfortably.
The duo of Jonny Bairstow and David Warner once again had a lot of fun. However, the latter was only a spectator this time around. Bairstow took the attack to the opposition and churned out as many runs as possible in the powerplay overs. He slammed 48 runs off just 28 balls before being pinned in front of the stumps by Rahul Tewatia. Warner, at the other end, let his partner farm most of the strike.
But soon after Bairstow got out, he too gave his wicket to Kagiso Rabada as the Delhi Capitals once again believed that they can win the game. The untested middle-order had to finish the game then and the likes of Manish Pandey and Deepak Hooda failed to grab on to the opportunity. Vijay Shankar looked calm under pressure but Axar Patel snaffled him which made the game interesting in the end.
But Yusuf Pathan and Mohammad Nabi’s experience proved to be good in the end as they sealed the victory for the SRH in the penultimate over of the innings.
Capitals huff and puff to 129
Earlier, the SRH won the toss and opted to field first on a sluggish pitch at the Feroz Shah Kotla stadium. Run-scoring proved to be difficult right from the word go and the visitors had perfectly read the pitch once again. They introduced Mohammad Nabi in the second over itself and the off-spinner didn’t disappoint. The Afghan veteran was quickly among the wickets column as accounted for Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant.
At the other end, the skipper Bhuvneshwar Kumar castled Prithvi Shaw and the wickets kept on falling at the regular intervals. Shreyas Iyer, the DC captain, looked class apart and looked to anchor the innings. But the constant fall of wickets didn’t help him as well. Still, he fought out there in the middle and scored 43 off 41 balls before Rashid Khan disturbed his stumps.
Cameos from Axar Patel and Chris Morris helped them get to 129 runs for the loss of eight wickets after 20 overs in the end. It was an exceptional bowling effort from the SRH as all of their five bowlers were amongst wickets which won them the game.

Tough tough day for @jswsports both @bengalurufc and @DelhiCapitals lose but I’m proud of the way both teams fought today – lots to improve upon and I am confident in the teams we have

SRH are on a roll and have won it comprhensively riding on with Nabi's all round performance and Bairstow's knock set up the chase. But Delhi struggled today as the batters have failed to put runs on the board but the bowlers did well to an extent which wasn't enough. #DCvSRH
