India and West Indies will play against each other in an international series for the first time in the USA. There is a lot of Buzz all around the cricketing world ever since BCCI announced that India will play a two-match series in Florida against West Indies in early August.
India and West Indies are scheduled to play two T20 matches on consecutive days this weekend (August 27 and 28) at the Central Broward Regional Park, Lauderdale, USA.
Despite the Test match being a one-sided contest, the T20 international series will be much more entertaining as the big guns of the Windies side will be back to play under the captaincy of the newly appointed skipper Carlos Brathwaite.
Chris Gayle, Andre Russell, Dwayne Bravo, Samuel Badree, Sunil Narine and many other experienced cricketers coming back into the side, it will surely be a tough ask for India to restrict the current World Champions. On the other hand, India will also be high on confidence as the limited-overs skipper MS Dhoni and another couple of T20 specialists coming back into the side.

West Indies might look favorites considering their team combination and reputation in the shortest format of the game but the 2007 World T20 champions, Indian are equally potent in that aspect. The last time these two sides met was in the World T20 2016 in India, in the semi-finals of the tournament. West Indies beat India in that match and went on to clinch the title beating England in the finals as the current skipper Brathwaite’s 4 sixes win the trophy for the side.
If the games attract a full house and if the match witnesses some blistering performances, then this series will open up the cricketing opportunities in the USA.
Here is how the Twitter reactions ahead of the match as India take on West Indies in USA:

Today's T20 should be fun, as much for the cricket as for the atmosphere. These games will be a window to the future of cricket there
