Twitterverse hit out at Virat Kohli for recording it on video as Anushka schooled the man

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma is a star couple and no wonder they are an idol of many people not only in India but also around the world. Both are the stars in their respective professional fields but somewhere down the line, the fans are now feeling that the video saga which unfolded on Saturday was not correct on their part. Virat posted the video of his wife lashing out at a person littering on the road on all social media platforms which hasn’t gone down well with the Twitterati and the Indian captain is facing the heat over the same.

In the video, it could be seen that Anushka was scolding the person in the car for throwing the plastic garbage on the road. While the efforts of the Bollywood actress are not at all in question, the way she portrayed it was not correct. Moreover, the fans are also of the opinion that Virat should’ve at least blurred the face of the person at the receiving end whose reputation will be maligned after this incident.

Clarification from the man in question

The man in question is identified as the Arhhan Singh who has come up with a detailed clarification on Facebook about the incident which happened in Mumbai. He was apologetic about his carelessness for littering on a road, he thrashed out at Anushka Sharma for not being polite enough. However, he also called Virat Kohli as a ‘Trashy mind’ for shooting the video and making it viral asking if that was really necessary.

There are various perceptions to look at the whole saga and no one should be surprised that the incident has irked many people while some have also praised the couple for spreading the awareness. The celebrities like Karan Johar who is the Bollywood Director was quick to praise his friend and professional colleague Anushka and Kevin Pietersen, the former England cricketer also came up with a response feeling that they did the right thing by lashing out at a person.

Twitterati though was not at all impressed with their national captain Virat Kohli for shooting the video and making it viral. They have vented their anger at him on Twitter and it remains to be seen if the celebrity couple comes out with any comment in the media now.
