Virat Kohli has had a huge fan base in the country, and fans have gone bizarre every time he arrives at an airport or a social gathering. Ahead of the travel to UAE for the Asia Cup 2022, Kohli was spotted at the Mumbai airport, and he was dressed up quite casually with a white tee and black trousers. The security generals were present around him to make sure the crowd don’t make a mess.

Kohli was recently spotted with his wife, Anushka Sharma, riding a two-wheeler however, their faces were covered with helmets. He also posted a video of his training session recently and looked all motivated for the big tournament next up.

Virat Kohli’s form has been one of the major concerns for India going into the Asia Cup 2022 and he will have to play against Pakistan straightaway, which will be a high-pressure game. However, the 33-year-old has got the potential to deliver when the team needs him the most and has stepped up in big games in the past. He will have to take a leaf out of his own stellar run he had in international cricket for years.

The former Indian captain last played an international game in the third ODI against England and wasn’t part of the series against the West Indies and Zimbabwe. The Asia Cup will be a major test for him, with the T20 World Cup 2022 set to take place in the month of October in Australia.

Kohli will be playing his 100th T20I against Pakistan on August 28, and so far, he has scored 3308 runs at an average of 50.12 and a strike rate of 137.6. The whole country has been looking forward to Kohli regaining form, which will be crucial in the plans of the Indian side for the upcoming global tournaments.
