Virat Kohli doesn’t wish to shave his beard anytime soon
Virat Kohli is presently leading the RCB in the Indian Premier League.
Virat Kohli is renowned for his style statement and has been an icon across the country. He is the face of many massive brands and has been a part of several advertisements owing to his flamboyant looks. His chiselled and fit physique and panache have been something to be envied off and is copied by the youngsters. The charismatic cricketer sports a beard, which has also been trending.
Recently, Virat mentioned that he won’t be getting rid of it anytime soon. “I don’t think so, I really like it. I think it suits me. So I don’t want to get rid of it,” Virat was quoted as saying in NDTV Sports.
He also talked about the technique he uses to maintain the beard. “Looking after it is not that difficult because the beard oils have come in and it’s very easy. A little bit of beard oil and it’s in place,” the swashbuckling cricketer iterated.
Nevertheless, he remarked that he would trim the same when it gets immense. “But when it gets too big and thick then obviously I have to trim it. That’s the only thing. But no, I would not get rid of it,” the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper added.
Tough times for Virat Kohli
Kohli has had a tumultuous time of late, playing for RCB in the eleventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). His team has faltered on several occasions in the league owing to which they are currently straining to make their way into the playoffs.
The franchise is currently placed seventh in the points table and needs to win their remaining matches to edge the other teams into the top four. Kohli has shouldered a chunk of the responsibility and he has to play a vital part if RCB is to lift their maiden title in the T20 championship.
