Anushka Sharma, the popular Bollywood actress, doesn’t have much to do for the time being. Her directorial ‘Bulbbul’ recently hit OTT platform Netflix after she was last seen on the silver-screen in ‘Zero’ along with veteran Shah Rukh Khan. She has been spending most of her time with husband Virat Kohli, who’s also the proud skipper of the Indian national cricket team.
Recently, Anushka, along with Virat, donated a hefty amount to the PM-Cares Fund, an initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the ones affected in the coronavirus pandemic. The power couple has also been trying to make people aware of the necessity of maintaining social-distancing and using sanitizers. The duo has also been spending some quality time with each other.

Recently, Anushka posted a few pictures where he can be seen, taking care of her dog. She also talked about a dental technique, which helps releasing the toxic elements from the body.
“My morning ritual of Oil pulling in the company of my sweet-smoosh-doggo Dude! Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice known as “kavala” or “gandusha” , a dental technique that involves swishing little oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for few minutes and then spitting it out .
“This action is excellent for dental hygiene & health and also draws out toxins in the body. As we are all using this time to take better care of our health and improve our immunity I thought of sharing this. Hopefully, it will be as beneficial to you too.”

Virat was last seen on the cricket field during India’s away Test series against New Zealand back in February. There he couldn’t make much of an impact and his team lost the series 0-2. He was thereafter set to lead the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, the tournament had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 virus.
