Virat Kohli snubs Kevin Pietersen; picks Nasser Hussain as his favourite commentator

Kevin Pietersen, the former England cricketer recently interacted with the Indian skipper, Virat Kohli. The duo had a great time while talking to each other. Meanwhile, the former player also asked some questions to the 31-year-old around his career, likes & dislikes. Pietersen also asked Kohli to pick his favourite commentator. And, the Indian batsman gave an epic response saying that it’s not him for sure.

Virat Kohli breaks Kevin Pietersen’s heart

Recently, Kevin Pietersen interacted with Virat Kohli in a live session on Instagram. The 39-year-old cautioned Virat Kohli before asking him his favourite commentator. He stated that the Indian skipper should answer the question carefully as it might end up badly for him.

The 39-year-old tried his best to convince Kohli so that he can call him his favourite but that never happened. “Be careful how you answer this, because, this could end badly for you. Your favourite commentator?” Pietersen asked him during live Instagram session.

Kohli took a small pause and said that his favourite commentator is Nasser Hussain, “My favourite commentator is (pauses)…it is easy. It is not you, come on. My favourite commentator is (pauses)… Nasser (Hussain),” Kohli said. Later on, Kevin Pietersen interrupted saying that he was happy that it took him long to pick his favourite. “That’s perfect. Too long to answer your question. Thank you, me. That is fine. Perfect,” Pietersen added.

It is known that Kevin Pietersen has shifted his focus towards commentary after bidding adieu to international cricket. Moreover, he has earned some good reputation working as a commentator in last couple of years in the commentary box and also does the job in the IPL.
