Virat Kohli, the skipper of the Indian cricket team, is very particular about his looks. In the first three to four years into his international career, he was a tad brash, but as time passed by, he has turned himself into a desirable character. He has garnered loads and loads of praises from his friends, colleagues, teammates and the netizens on the social media platforms.
It’s one of the very reasons behind his number of followers on Twitter and Instagram. Currently, he doesn’t have any cricket to play, yet he has managed to stay in touch with his supporters. A few weeks ago, he came live on Instagram with former South African cricketer AB de Villiers, with whom he plays for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Then he also did a live session on Facebook along with ace Bangladesh batsman Tamim Iqbal, the leading run-scorer of his country across formats. As far as his looks are concerned, he has sported a beard for quite some time, adding to his charming personality. Most of the times, he makes sure that his beard is well-trimmed. He also has a chiselled body as he works out in the gym.
Recently, a few pictures of his are going viral where the 31-year-old can be seen with a heavy beard. During the lockdown phase, his spouse Anushka Sharma, also a Bollywood actress, gave him a hair-cut as well. Virat has taken care of his beard even without getting a barber.

Kohli was last a part of Team India during the two-match Test series in New Zealand. The visitors lost the series 0-2 and Kohli couldn’t make much of an impact either. Even in the ODI and T20I series prior to that, the Delhi-born wasn’t at his best. He was set to play in the 2020 edition of the IPL.
However, the T20 league had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Kohli along with Anushka has also contributed to the PM-Cares Fund for the ones, affected in the pandemic scenario. For the time being, it remains to be when Kohli gets back on the park.
