Virat Kohli takes his time and visits Mohammed Siraj's house; the latter comes up with a message

Before Royal Challengers Bangalore face-off against the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the latter’s home ground on Monday, the team spent some relaxing and bonding over mouthwatering Hyderabadi cuisine. The city is known for its delicious culinary appeal, and what can be a better place than to experience it home-made and authentic?

On Sunday evening, the RCB boys enjoyed a sumptuous feast at the resident of their teammate Mohammed Siraj. He is a local of Hyderabad, and what better chance could he get to introduce his family to his team mates and captains when the RCB was right there in town?

Among the players who attended the homely invitation, there was skipper Virat Kohli, along with Parthiv Patel, Yuzvendra Chahal, Washington Sundar and some others. The team stayed there for around two hours before returning to the hotel and enjoyed a lavish spread of Hyderabadi biriyani and other delicacies.

Siraj comes up with an Instagram message

Later, Mohammed Siraj uploaded a picture with his family and the team on his official Instagram account. In the picture, Virat Kohli is standing in between Siraj’s parents, Shabana Begum and Mohammed Ghaus. Along with the photograph, he thanked the team for taking out time from the busy schedule and keeping the invitation.

Siraj into the limelight

In 2017, Siraj played for his town’s team Sunrisers Hyderabad. But this year he was picked up at the auction for a bid of 1 crore. He has not shown any spectacular performance this year. After Siraj earned his name and fame with the IPL, they shifted to this new house in Towli Chowki last year from the two-room house in the narrow lanes of Khaja Nagar, Banjara Hills.

RCB is currently at number 6 position in the league table and their chances of going to the playoffs are looking very meek. They will be playing SRH on Monday, 8 PM in Hyderabad.
