Virat Kohli, Yuzvendra Chahal extend wishes to Hardik Pandya after he announces that he's going to be a father
Hardik has been spending his quarantine time with his family and he has shared many stills and clips with Natasa during the lockdown.
Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic, on Sunday, confirmed that they’re expecting their first child together. Hardik shared pictures of Natasa’s baby bump and a few pictures from a traditional ceremony on his Instagram.
The India all-rounder had gotten engaged with Natasa on January 1 this year and Hardik had also shared a clip where he was seen proposing her, on a yacht, while kneeling on one knee.
Five months after the engagement, the couple is set to welcome their first child as both Hardik and Natasa revealed the news through their Instagram. Hardik revealed the news and expressed his excitement for this new phase of life. The couple sought blessing and wishes as they shared a series of photos.
“Natasa and I have had a great journey together and it is just about to get better. Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes,” wrote Hardik.

The couple, in no time, was showered with wishes and blessing from members of the cricketing fraternity. India skipper Virat Kohli also congratulated the couple and passed on love and blessings for the third member of their ‘clan’.
Yuzvendra Chahal, who has been quite active on social media during the lockdown, also extended his wishes on the Instagram post. Team India head coach Ravi Shastri also congratulated the couple.
After being sidelined from the national side, Hardik was set to make his national comeback through India A tour of New Zealand. However, his return was halted as he was deemed unfit.
The all-rounder finally marked his return to the national side with India’s home series against the Proteas. However, to plunge Pandya’s misery, the series was eventually called off in the wake of coronavirus pandemic after the first ODI at Dharamsala got washed off.
Both Hardik and Krunal have been an integral part of the Mumbai Indians squad and the duo was set to don the MI jersey in the thirteenth edition of the IPL 2020. However, due to the indefinite postponement of the tournament, fans will have to wait a little longer to see Hardik back on the cricket field.
