Virender Sehwag wishes Bhajji on becoming a father in his own style

Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his wife actor Geeta Basra are blessed with a baby girl. Geeta gave birth to their first child in London. The cricketer had travelled to London a few days ago to be there with his wife at one of the most important moments of their lives.

Harbhajan’s mother was quoted by news agencies confirming the news and as soon as it broke out, wishes started to flow in for the couple. And when it comes to wishing someone from the cricketing universe, yes you are guessing it right, our very own Virender Sehwag also had a special message for the new parents.

Virender Sehwag in his Tweet wrote – ‘Congrats @harbhajan_singh & @Geeta_Basra on bcmng proud parents.Bhajji,maidan me to Baap pehle hi tha,ab Papa b ban gaye Blessings2NewBorn.’

Harbhajan who is at present judging a Television reality show Indian Mazaak Leage on Life Ok took a break and flew to London. He will spend some time with his wife and then make a comeback on the show. Bhajji reportedly told the producers of the show that he has to fulfill his family commitments and shall be back after a break.

Earlier during an interview when the off-spinner was asked about his experience of dealing with his pregnant wife; in his usual hilarious style, he had said that it’s never easy to handle a woman. “Pregnant or otherwise, it’s not easy to stay with a woman (laughs). I try to be understanding, and I help her be comfortable. One must try to understand her situation and be as supportive as possible. That’s what I do. Do gaali aur khalo jahan itni khayi hain. Kya jaata hai… jab itni sun ke chup ho, toh do aur sunke chup raho (laughs)!”
